- how quickly will my order ship?
We are a small company, but we try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship in 24-48 hours, but it could take up to 72 hours. If you need your order more quickly, please let us know.
- how is my order shipped?
US orders are shipped USPS First Class. International ordered are shipped USPS First Class International. Please let us know if you require expedited shipping or another carrier.
cozy/cuff SNAPs ship flat in a recycled cardboard mailer. Original cozy/cuffs are shipped in a small box. All packaging is reusable and recyclable.
- how much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the US!
Shipping to Canada is $3 for the first cozy/cuff, and $1 for each additional cuff. All other international shipping is $6 for the first cozy/cuff and $2 for each additional cuff.
- what forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
- how secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
